Developing team, The RVR1960 is perhaps the number 1 revision that Spanish churches read and its not available in the mobile app. Please work on adding it or I dont know if you dont have it available only for people to actually purchase it from the app. I give it 2 stars because of all the features and revisions it has but when then most-read revision is not available it tells me that theres something fishy going on.

This is one of my most used apps. It works great and is consistent in functionality. However, it gets only 3 stars because of its use of a gray font against white background, which makes it extremely difficult for the many people with astigmatism to read. With so much available research confirming black lettering against white background provides the most clarity, Im surprised at this choice of font color. Based on many apps, however, it seems that IT designers generally ignore the design engineering rule that "form must FOLLOW function." Even Apples latest iOS update ignored visual functionality.

This is an amazing bible application! With all kinds of bible versions, daily devotions, footnotes and much much more.

What happened to red text for Jesuss speaking?

The voice of Max makes this app outstanding!

I used to be intimidated by the Bible but this app makes it so much easier! Wow! I am amazed!

Absolutely wonderful. This is the greatest App ever, we are so Blessed to live in a time and country were reading and enjoying the Word of God at anytime can be done through this App. Put it on your.phone, desk top, IPad, its just the greatest. Thank you for this wonderful free Gift. God Bless You All who aided in putting this together. I just wanted to a new footnote to my previous review, I am still more and more amazed at how wonderful this app is because of the many Bibles that are available in this app that I get the chance to study two versions of the Word of God at the same time that allows me to have an ever greater understanding of Gods Word and how to apply the word to my life. Again Thank you and God Bless you all for giving this truly Great Gift.

App works fine, but the devotional options are disappointing. Id like to see the ones available on their website available here, too (especially the Lewis and Bonhoeffer ones).

I thoroughly enjoy Bible Gateway online because it contains my favorite translation, the NRSV Catholic Edition. This app does not contain any of the modern Catholic editions and is thus useless to me, a Catholic religious brother. Please please please add this option!

There are cases when I select a scripture then either change to a different translation or a different scripture - when I return to the original passage (using history), it goes to the chapter previous. This is a consistent issue for me. Perhaps it is my iPhone 6, but I thought I should share. God Bless!

I have downloaded and tried every other "bible app" and this is the only one that doesnt ask you for an email or other information to actually use it. THANK YOU Bible Gateway. You have tons of versions and translations that a person can easily compare side by side without having to spend 100s of dollars on physical bibles! Your interface is next to none. EASY to figure out the symbols and menus. EASY to switch between bible translations. I love the fact that you have a grey background with white letters when selecting night mode. Every other app has black on white, which is just too much contrast for me. I appreciate the fact that you made a very easy to use, non intrusive app.

On Bible Gateway.com you can deselect the "Headers" which is why I searched for this app. In the words of BibleGateways communications coordinator headers can "disrupt the continuity of the text" and I agree, plus Headers are not scripture. What are we doing putting them in the Bible? Im astonished they did not include this precious feature in the app. The second feature that would be great, is a Parallel Bible Option. Other than that I think this is one the best Bible apps.

I have used for a long time and really appreciate the options available! It is such a blessing to be able to access all of these translations from this one app.

This is a great app for bible reading, with plans. The navigation is generally good, although the scroll method to locate chapter and verse is time-consuming. The one change I would make is to stop the propensity of the program to reset to the home screen. This is incredibly annoying and there is simply no good reason for this behavior. I was asked to read a passage in church one day and just as I was about to, the app reset to the home screen, forcing me to go to the history to retrieve it. PLEASE CHANGE THIS BEHAVIOR!

I really enjoy the App, having the versions readily available and the Audio allows me to listen to the Word while I work. There are some annoyances though. 1) The App resets constantly even with background refresh on. Its annoying to be listening to the audio, pause for 5 mins and come back to unpause and the App restarts and thus I have to remember what chapter and verse I last was hearing. 2) Updates to the App often times remove ALL my Highlights! Even with synced notes it doesnt maintain highlighted scriptures. 3) Clicking History or Notes or even word of the day, it often drops me a full chapter before the actual scripture I was clicking the link for... thus looking for John 3:16 it takes me to the beginning of John 2. 4) Older Notes to scriptures get bugged out and clicking the link gives me a "Null" cannot find. 5) would be really nice to have a side by side reader for comparing or referencing scriptures. 6) A favorites Version List would be nice that stays at the top of the version list. I personally think it would be a huge improvement if there was a read along feature and if it would save you spot within the chapter for the audiobook.
